New for 2009 our two Luxury Self Catering Holiday Homes are situated on the John Fowler Killigarth Manor Holiday Park in the beautiful fishing village of Polperro and only 4 miles from Looe on the picturesque South Cornwall coast. Ideally sited for a great Polperro Caravan Holiday.

Our caravans are the ultimate in luxury, they are double glazed and have full gas central heating. The Senator with 2 bedrooms, boasts a double bedroom with King Size Bed, en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, and walk in wardrobe, a twin bedroom, a luxury bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen/diner with built in fridge, freezer, microwave and five ring cooker, seperate lounge with sofa/bed, armchairs and large screen LCD TV, and DVD with surround sound system.

The Caprice having 3 bedrooms, the master having en-suite toilet and sink, luxury bathroom with shower cubicle, large lounge seating area with LCD TV and DVD player, kitchen/diner with built in fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave oven. Outside, there is large decked area , patio table & chairs and walkway with gate for added security of children and is dog friendly.  Holiday lets available 11 months of the year.

We also offer a Luxury Premier Self Catering Lodge which is ideal for family's offering spacious and relaxing accomodation.  Fully carpeted with double glazing & central heating.  Fully fitted kitchen with all home mod-cons and dining table. 3 good size bedrooms.  Kingsize double bedroom and 2 large twin bedded rooms.  Lounge has large LCD TV with  DVD player. Bathroom with bath & shower and a seperate shower room. Decked seating area with table & chairs and gate for added security of children and is dog friendly. Lodge available 12 months of the year and winter lets taken.

Children and the family dog are welcome.   All bed Linen is provided but please bring you own towels. Travel cot is available but please supply your own baby bedding for cot.

They have all the benefits of the John Fowler amenities and free gas and electric. 

We have a strict no smoking policy within our accommodation so we request all smokers to use the decked balcony and the ashtray provided. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation
